1911 Bobtailed 80% Frame

RANGE18 80%1911 Bobtail Commander series 70 forged 4140 steel frame with checkered grip. Frame has been machined to fit .250 Beavertail safety

Matching mainspring housing is included. The Bobtail main Spring Housing requires the use of 1911 Officer model main spring, main spring cap and main spring Retainer. 

This is a not an FFL item. This is not a complete frame and still requires machining to be finished. 

4 Operations left to be completed are

Decking the top
Drill the hammer hole
Drill the Sear hole ( hole will need to be chamfered 60 degrees so the pin will sit flush with the frame. )
Cut the Slide rails ( hole will need to be chamfered 60 degrees so the pin will sit flush with the frame. )
Frame has been machined to fit .250 radius Beavertail safety
